Together with our partner, B2wise, we had the opportunity to shed light on Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event marked the first in a series where we aim to introduce DDMRP, an innovative methodology that significantly enhances service levels by redistributing inventory in a dynamic way based on real demand data inputs. As the business world evolves into a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous), we believe it&#8217;s crucial to adopt new approaches like DDMRP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During our participation in the event, we delved into the challenges posed by today&#8217;s disruptive environment, which is characterized by great variability and increased uncertainties. The session highlighted the limitations of traditional planning solutions that worked well in the past but are no longer fit for today\u2019s highly personalized and volatile market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We emphasized the importance of being a Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE) and implementing DDMRP to transition from a model of prediction to a model of protection.
